Welcome  to the California Asthma Partners (CAP) website.  We are a
statewide partnership of California non-governmental organizations, agencies, institutions, coalitions, collaboratives, and other programs working to implement the Strategic Plan for Asthma in California.

CAP demonstrates that local and regional coalitions, individual programs and other asthma stakeholders can together build the collective strength necessary to reduce the burden of asthma in California. We have devised this platform for coordination, communication, mutual assistance, and synergy among those individuals and programs seeking to advance objectives in the Strategic Plan.
