CAP launched its Strategic Plan for Asthma Webinar Series on December 10th.  Each quarter, the Steering Committee will host a webinar that focuses on one of the 5 goals in the Strategic Plan for Asthma in California.  The first webinar, Becoming Data Savvy: Tools for Using Astma Data, was inspired by Goal 2: Surveillance and Research, and was attended by more than 100 participants.  The CAP Steering Committee invited California Breathing epidemiologists, Meredith Milet and Liza Lutzker,  to provide an overview of asthma data sources available in California and explain how  data can be used to support grant writing, program planning and advocacy.  To view an archive of the webinar, please click here.
